Modification/Cancellation Policy
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be modified/cancelled.
Return and Refunds Policy:
Our main priority is to ensure customer satisfaction, not just product sales. We believe that offering a replacement or refund is the best way to resolve any problems you may have, so there is no need to physically return the item(s) to us. You are welcome to keep the original items at your discretion.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@bicyholic.com
Please make sure to contact our support team within 30 days of receiving the product. If you contact us after this period, we may not be able to offer a warranty. Therefore, we recommend that you unpack your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if there are any issues.
Claim Procedures:
1. Take a photo of the item(s): We require visual evidence to process claims, so please attach a clear photo of the defective item(s) to help us resolve the issue quickly. Claims without proof will not be reviewed.
2. Contact us via email (support@bicyholic.com): Please send us your photo(s) and clearly state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This will help us avoid unnecessary back and forth communication.
3. Wait for our support team to respond within 24-48 hours:
In case of requests for order refund/ return/ reship, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests if it is not justified. Please notice, no refunds will be paid if the mistakes do not belong to us. In other words, we will not take action for any items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault. We advise customers to carefully review this policy before purchasing items for modification and resale.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your request. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
