Return & Refund Policies
Thank you for shopping at our store. The following terms are applicable to any products that you purchased from Us.
Return/Refund Policy:
All items are made to order – this means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you. Because of these items’ nature, we will not accept return and exchange requests for any reason, as our products are customized and printed on demand.
If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issue, please contact our customer service immediately. Our policy lasts 30 days from your delivery date. If the 30 days have passed, we can’t offer you a replacement.
To file a claim, please contact us HERE and include the following information (this is a must):
- Order number
- Video/photo of the defective product
- Label Images
If the problem is significant, we will send you a replacement within a reasonable time. In this event, the original product can be kept at the customer’s disposal.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders are confirmed for printing 12 hours after they’re placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. Therefore, your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
Processing and refunds:
Upon receiving and reviewing your return we will send you a confirmation email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be credited to the same account used at the time of purchase.
We place great emphasis on a thorough and quick processing of your return. However, delays of 2-3 workdays may occur during season kick-offs, high amounts of incoming orders and the holiday season. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot be held responsible for these orders, as the shipping address was provided by you. Please ensure you provide the correct address at the checkout stage.
If a package is marked “unclaimed,” “return to sender,” or deemed undeliverable for unspecified reasons by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email with the relevant information and assistance.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and request that they forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
