SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The shipping cost depends on where it is shipped to (eg: US, UK,...). The shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process. You can review it before completing your purchase in our store.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER PROCESS AND SHIP?
All items in our store are made-to-order, which means that these prints are only made for you. Therefore, we need a little time for the production and packaging process. To estimate the delivery time, please review the time frame at Shipping Policy. When your order is shipped out, you will receive the shipping confirmation email. You can follow the order status by checking the tracking link provided.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORRDER?
The email you provide at checkout will be where the order confirmation and all subsequent emails will be sent regarding the order. From the email, you will be able to click a link that will take you to your tracking information on the carriers website.
MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Your tracking number will be active once the order is handed over to the carrier. If you experience any issues tracking your package, please contact us at support@bicyholic.com for further assistance.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer free returns and exchanges for all domestic orders as long as the product has not been washed or worn.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You can request a return or refund within 30 days from the delivery date. Please make sure the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging (bag or box). Items that don’t meet these conditions won’t be eligible for a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to reject return/refund requests if they are not valid or if the issue is not caused by us.
