Please keep in mind the shipping time to overseas states such as Puerto Rico (PR), Virgin Islands (VI), Hawaii (HI), Guam (GU), Alaska (AK) and military areas (AA, AE, APO...) will take 20-40 business days. Please do not choose and pay for the Fast shipping option in this state.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service efficiency, and peak seasons.

Due to circumstances beyond your control, your order did not arrive (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested).

Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside Our Store's control (e.g., not being cleared by customs in your country, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but getting lost).
